Terms of Service for Flex Foods

Welcome to Flex Foods Meal Prep Delivery, a company that specializes in delivering healthy, pre-made meals to your doorstep. Please read this Terms of Service agreement carefully before using our service. By using our service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

1. Agreement Overview

This agreement defines the terms and conditions that govern your use of Flex Foods Meal Prep Delivery. These terms outline our responsibilities to you and yours to us when using our service. You agree that by accessing or using our service, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Flex Foods Meal Prep Delivery delivers pre-made, healthy meals to our customers on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. We offer a range of meals, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and paleo options.

3. Eligibility

In order to use our service, you must be over the age of 18 and willing to provide accurate personal and payment information. Our service is only available in certain geographical locations.

4. Account Creation

To use our service, you must create an account on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activity that occurs on your account.

5. Payment and Billing Information

We accept payment via credit card. Payment will be charged to your credit card on file at the time of order placement. You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is up-to-date and accurate.

6. Delivery and Cancellation Policy

Flex Foods Meal Prep Delivery delivers meals on a bi-weekly basis.  Deliveries occur twice a week on Sunday (between 4pm and 8pm) and Wednesday Evenings (between 4pm-8pm). We encourage you to leave a cooler to place food in if you do not intend to be home during those times. You must ensure that your delivery preferences are set or changed to accommodate those delivery times (i.e. setting delivery address to be home instead of office).

 Flex Foods is not responsible for incorrect delivery address settings.. You must cancel or reschedule your delivery by Wednesday at 11:59 PM EST for the following week’s delivery. You will be charged for any orders not canceled by the deadline.  

7. Refunds

Flex Foods Meal Prep Delivery does not offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer

Flex Foods Meal Prep Delivery does not guarantee that our meals will meet your dietary requirements or preferences. Our meals are not designed to diagnose, cure, prevent, or treat any disease or condition.

10. Limitation of Liability

Flex Foods Meal Prep Delivery shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our service.

11. Changes to the Terms of Service

Flex Foods Meal Prep Delivery reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. You should check these terms periodically for changes. If we make any material changes to these terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website.

Delivery Area

Currently, Flex Foods delivers in the Tallahassee area only.  If you have a question about whether or not you are in our delivery zone.  Please contact us before placing your order to avoid time consuming refunds.

Delivery Days

Flex Foods now delivers twice a week on Sunday (between 4pm and 8pm) and Wednesday Evenings (between 4pm-8pm). We encourage you to leave a cooler to place food in if you do not intend to be home during those times.

Do You Consider Yourself a “Picky” Eater?

Flex Foods does not modify menus on a per order basis (i.e “hold the tomatoes”).  However, we have a very wide menu so there is something for everyone.  We encourage you to check out this week’s menu for an idea of what is prepared and delivered before ordering.

 

Other FAQs

Yes!  Flex Foods is unique in that customer’s get to pick their meals from a variable menu with consistent choices along with weekly special offerings.  Forget to pick your meals?  Don’t worry, our cooks will package default meals from our most popular choices.

There are no contracts and you can cancel your subscription at any time.  However, we do not refund unused portions of a subscription.

Not at this time.  However, if you’d like us to attempt a re-delivery or hold your meals until the following delivery day we can gladly do that.

Choose Your Plan

Select from a variety of meal plans tailored to your specific health goals. Then choose your meals from a professionally prepared menu every week. There are plenty of meal choices on the menu including options for those on low-carb, paleo and vegetarian diets!

Meals Are Cooked Fresh!

Our food is prepared with three goals in mind: fresh, healthy and delicious. Two certified professional food managers are on property at all times and all of our staff is Sani-Safe certified.

Meals Are Delivered

Your meals are delivered predictably on Sunday (between 4pm and 8pm) and Wednesday Evenings (between 4pm-8pm). Enjoy the best tasting meals you never had to cook!
